Our Commitment to Your Privacy
Little Reset respects your privacy and keeps your breathing data completely private.
Your breathing sessions, patterns, and personal insights belong entirely to you. Little Reset is built with privacy-first principles—no unnecessary data collection, no third-party tracking, and no ads.
What This Means for You

Local Storage Only: All breathing sessions, patterns, and statistics are stored locally on your device using CoreData.

No Cloud Sync: Little Reset does not sync data to any cloud service. Your breathing data never leaves your device.

No Third-Party Analytics: Little Reset does not include analytics SDKs, ad networks, or tracking tools.

No Hidden Data Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties.
Data Collection
Minimal Data Collection
Little Reset only stores breathing session data:
- Session timestamps and durations
- Breath cycle counts
- Inhale and exhale durations (measured to 0.1-second precision)
- Calculated consistency scores
- Breathing pattern classifications (Regular, Deepening, Shortening, Chaotic)
- App settings and haptic preferences
We do NOT collect or store:
- Personal identifying information
- Device identifiers or location data
- Usage analytics or app behavior data
- Any data outside of breathing sessions
- Network activity or crash reports
Offline-Only Operation
Little Reset operates entirely offline and never connects to the internet. All breathing session data is stored locally using CoreData.
There is no cloud sync, no server communication, and no network activity of any kind. Your breathing patterns remain completely private on your device.
Your Data, Your Control
- All locally stored data is deleted when you uninstall the app.
- You can delete individual sessions by swiping in the History tab.
- You can toggle haptic feedback on/off in Settings at any time.
- No one—including the developer—has access to your breathing data.
- Your breathing patterns and statistics remain entirely private.
Third-Party Services
Little Reset integrates only with Apple's native frameworks:
- CoreData: Local database for storing breathing sessions
- CoreHaptics: Tactile feedback for touch events
- StoreKit: In-app purchases and paywall management
No external SDKs, advertising networks, analytics tools, or social integrations are used.

Any updates to this Privacy Policy will be posted on this page. Substantial changes will be clearly announced within the app prior to taking effect.
