Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Agreement & Apple EULA

By downloading, installing, or using Feed the Penguin ("App"), you agree to be bound by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) and these supplemental terms (together, the "Terms").

2. In-App Purchases

Feed the Penguin offers the following in-app purchases:

• Remove Ads ($2.99): One-time purchase to permanently remove interstitial ads. Rewarded video ads remain available.
• Small Coin Pack ($0.99): 600 coins to unlock backgrounds and penguin skins.
• Large Coin Pack ($2.99): 1,800 coins for faster customization unlocks.
• All purchases are processed through your Apple ID. Pricing may vary by region and taxes may apply.
• Purchases can be restored on new devices via "Restore Purchases" in the in-game Settings menu.

3. Virtual Currency (Coins)

Coins are the in-game currency used to unlock backgrounds and penguin skins. Coins can be earned through:

• Gameplay: Earn coins based on your score (up to ~70 coins per game).
• Daily Bonus: 5 free coins per day for completing one game.
• Rewarded Ads: Double your coin earnings (max 100) or get 20 bonus coins (max 10 per day).
• In-App Purchases: Buy Small or Large Coin Packs for instant coins.

Coins have no cash value, are not refundable, and cannot be transferred between users or devices.

4. Billing & Refunds

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies. For refund requests, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Refunds do not restore consumed coins or unlocked items. Game progress and purchased items are stored locally and do not sync between devices.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle data including Google AdMob advertising and Game Center integration.
